Where will it go? Will it strengthen? Will I have tomorrow off from work?

Today many new things happeed. I did my first lockup of the branch from a power position. I was late on my daily reports that need to be in by three p.m they got done b five. Oh yeah and i became a first time aunt!!!! Today my nephew was born. Today was also his father's birthday. so next year myis will have one very special day to plan for.

You should see him, Omari Shane Stewart. He is a handsome little prince all puffed cheeked and alert. I love him more than words can express. He is perfect. Not in the commercial sense of the word but in the he is everything i hoped for in a newphew perfect. I already have such great plans for him.

My sister is doing well. Her labour lasted for more than 12 hours and for the last three she rang blood curdling screams through the halls of the hospital. She was a trooper though and seven lbs 3three ounces later it was all worth it.

I am exhausted so i can only imagine how she feels. I wanted to get pictured but he was whisked away to one of those baby warmers in the nursery. more tomorrow....

I have no better excuse than this because i now have the great digital camera and the scanner i'm just lazy. so if you wanna see a pic the best to go with is something already on my computer. 2. I must admit i dont always like the way i photograph. I think im pretty i just dont think it always translates to picture. My nose flares in what i feel is an unflattering way when i smile, i have really high cheekbones so when i smile really big it can make my eyes appear closed. and lastly, there are crazy people on the internet. but i figure i have seen a picture of all of you so i guess it is only fair that i return the favor. so this is me. I think its an ok pic even if the stupid robe makes me look like i weigh 200 pounds. you can see the nose flare thing but its not so bad i guess. I think i look good for not having a stitch of makeup on. (before someone asks whay arent you wearing makeup on your grad day. I have a thing about makeup. you have to have time to apply it correctly and most times especially in the morning i feel that time is best spent sleeping.
I am taking a new approach to fitness i am adding technolgy to the mix. I am now nike+. I got a pair of Nike+ shoes for 110 dollars and the new ipod kit for about 30 and am using this program to help me with my running. It does a good job of tracking calories burned, miles jogged and fitness levels. Hopefully I can get really good using this programme. I also started downloading workouts to my ipod from itrain.com. I am currently doing the boxing program. I learned how to throw a prpoer right cross today. I also downloaded the iSTRETCH program which is a combination of yoga, pilates and breathing exercises.

I may be doing a couple of updates on how this is going from time to time.

Yesterday was my mommy's birthday. She turned 52. Its funny that at the start of my life she was only 27 years old, only two years older than i will be this year. I am a lifetime ago. She got presents and a big pink birthday cake from 3S (the same place I got Monny's cake from) I figured while i had an in I would make multiple orders. They also make a coconut wheat bread that is just to die for, but I digress. My mommy's birthday was good but not great. There is something that she wants but i can't give it to her. She is a little sad that this coming December will be the last one that she can keep her family as a whole. My sister is getting married in a December and moving out. She is an eternal nurturer so this is hitting her hard and i am under the imprssion that she is trying to put it out of her mind but as the time grows closer this is becoming more difficult. It has made me wonder what this time next year will be like for her.

Yesterday was also my company's picnic. I got there late, late as in it was officially over and I only stayed for a half hour and then our time on the grounds was officially up. I met this guy. I forgot his name but he knew mine and where i worked and what department i worked in. He was at my particular bank once he came for some sort of training seminar and it was not even in my department. Kind of weird. He seems like a nice enough guy but like i said i cannot even remember his name.

I cannot wait only two days until Monny's birthday!!! I cant wait to see the look on his face.

Well off to iron for the week. I am still considering hiring an ironing lady. No one can imagine how much i hate this chore.
